Director, Client Services - Media Solutions 11369

We are currently seeking a Director, Client Services, in either New York, NY, Troy, MI, or Westlake Village, CA.
 
Key Goals of this Position:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with media publishers, primarily cross platform publishers, to support continued subscriptions to the Offlline Media Report, increase subscriptions to the Prospects Current Behavior Tool and In Market Buyer Behavior Tool
  • Sell-in Auto Buyer Clickstream Behavior Platform tools to East Coast OEMs, support efforts with OEM with which contacts have been previously developed
  • Recommend modifications of studies to maintain their usefulness
Education/Experience Required:
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • 7 + years relevant experience, including a combination of:
    • five years of market research experience
    • five years experience in media planning, agency, OEM, or publisher, including some in both Offline and Online media
    • five years experience in or serving the automotive industry
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills including the ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent computer skills, personal Internet fluency
  • Team orientation
  • Strong customer focus
  • Extensive travel
