2. Perform routine gynecological exams, transvaginal ultrasound exams and intra-uterine inseminations; monitor Clomid cycle, draw blood from patients and prepare sperm for insemination; perform hysterosalpingograms (HSG), saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS) and sonohysterograms (SHG). <br />

3. Determine need for additional evaluation or refer patient to other specialists or services as needed. <br />
<br />
4. Provide on-going emotional support to patient and families and determine need for continued counseling; provide patient counseling; encourage compliance with treatment plan through explanations, assessment of patient understanding and regular patient monitoring. <br />
<br />
5. Independently or in collaboration with health care team members, select and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures; evaluate and monitor patient's reaction to medications and/or research study drugs and recommend change in prescribed dosage or termination of medication.<br />
